Diosis has been socially responsible in the community right from the start. This goal has been a priority of the Yemi Isiba Foundation and has become a tradition as was laid down by its Founder Dr. Adeyemi Isiba.
Through the Yemiisiba Foundation, we work to improve the communities in which our people live and work by supporting not for profit organizations that foster human and community development programs that address early childhood education, youth development, workforce and employment training and community revitalization. We have fully integrated CSR strategy into our corporate mission, business strategy and operations. To achieve these goals we have developed some key focus areas.

I’m very glad to present to you the activities of the Diosis Group in 2019. our company strategy remains intact and strong. Our main activities of Cashew production and processing still has a great potentila for the future and so also is our Meat, poltry and egg industries on breeding, slaughtering and processing. The research department is working at its best on innovative technologies
The group has continued to grow by planting more cashew and creating new farm plantations focusing on Soyabean, sesame and plantain.We have increased our industrial facilities for processing cocoa, palm oil and cassava.
All these developments were done in accordance with our sustainable policies. We are highly committed with the sustainable development goals adopted by United Nations in 2015
Our sustainable policies are fully integrated in our business operations. The policies focus on poverty eradication, employment, local job creation, women’s employment, Local community interventions
Our human resourses team work tirelessly to comply with many of social commitments with a view to moving the company forward
